TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter

2. The competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://in-gamegiveaways.com (the “Website”)
2.2. All contests are skill-based. Entry fees are required for each online entry. If the Promoter provides a simple or multiple-choice question, a free entry method is available.
2.3. To have a chance to win, every participant (an “Entrant”) must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
3. How to enter
3.1. The competition will start and end on the dates specified on the Website. These dates are referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date”. All times are in London, England.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates if necessary. Any changes will be shown on the Website. The Closing Date will not be extended to sell more entries.
3.3. All entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number of entries will be stated on the Website. Your ability to enter may be limited if this maximum is reached.
3.5. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries per user or for the competition is reached. Bulk entries will not be accepted and counted as one. Entries may be limited if the competition’s maximum is reached.
3.6. To enter online:
(a) visit the Website and view the Competition Question;
(b) select your answer and number of entries;
(c) complete the checkout and registration form;
(d) submit payment to receive your order confirmation.
(e) repeat this process as many times as desired until the maximum number of tickets per Entrant or overall is reached.
3.7. Entries must be in English. Non-English entries will be disqualified without a refund.
3.8. For non-free entries, the Promoter will confirm your entry and allocated ticket number(s).
3.9. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, or delayed due to any cause, including equipment failure, technical issues, or software malfunctions.
3.10. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you agree to these terms and conditions.
4. Choosing a winner
4.1. Correct entries will be entered into a random draw within 7 days of the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).
4.2. Entrants’ names and entry numbers may be published on the Website and visible during the live draw. To exclude your name, contact the Promoter at info@in-gamegiveaway.com at least 48 hours before the draw.

5. Eligibility
5.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except:
(a) Promoter employees;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter; or
(c) immediate family or household members of (a) and (b).
5.2. By entering, you confirm your eligibility. The Promoter may request proof. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
5.3. The Promoter will not accept:
(a) computer-generated entries; or
(b) incomplete entries.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who act contrary to the competition’s spirit.
5.5. No refunds will be given for disqualification, ineligibility, or changes in eligibility criteria.
5.6. Fraudulent activity, including hacking, misrepresentation, or unauthorized code use, will void all entries without refund and may bar future participation.
6. The prize
6.1. The prize is described on the Website (“Prize”). Prize details are accurate as of the Opening Date.
6.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Changes will be updated on the Website.
6.3. The Promoter makes no warranties about the Prize, including its value or condition. Information on the Website may not be up to date.
6.4. Some game items may not be available to trade/send for up to 7 days due to Steam Authentication.
6.4. The Prize may be provided by a third-party supplier (“Supplier”). Supplier details will be on the Website.
6.5. The Promoter may offer a cash prize (“Cash Prize”) if:
(a) the Prize is unavailable;
(b) necessary due to other circumstances.
6.6. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
7. Winners
7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2. The Winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. To censor your name, contact info@in-gamegiveaway.com before the draw.
7.3. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email provided in the entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the Prize within 21 days, the Promoter may select another Entrant (“The Alternate Winner”). This process will continue until a winner claims the Prize.
7.4. The Promoter will publish the full name and county/town of residence of major prize winners on the Website.
7.5. If you object to publishing your details, contact info@in-gamegiveaway.com before the Closing Date. The Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
8. Claiming the prize
8.1. The Prize must be claimed personally. It cannot be claimed by a third party.
8.2. If your contact details change, notify the Promoter via email at info@in-gamegiveaway.com. Include your competition details, old and new contact details. If changes occur within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use your old details.
8.3. Cash Prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account. The winner must provide proof of account ownership. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of a new winner.
8.4. The Promoter is not responsible for inability to claim the Prize.
9. Limitation of liability
The Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from taking up the prize, except as caused by their negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1. By entering, you agree that your personal information may be used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
10.2. If you win, the Promoter may use your name, image, and town/county of residence to announce the winner and for promotional purposes.
10.3. To opt out of publicity, notify the Promoter before the Closing Date. The Pro
moter must still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
10.4. Winners may be required to provide further personal information and proof of identity to claim the Prize. This information may be used to confirm eligibility. Withdrawal of consent may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
10.5. You can request the Promoter to remove your details from its database. This will withdraw you from the competition, and no refund will be given.
11. General
11.1. The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions. The latest version will be available on the Website.
11.2. The Promoter may exclude you from the competition for any breach of these terms and conditions.
11.3. The Promoter may void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition due to circumstances beyond its control, with entry fees refunded.
11.4. The competition will proceed and the Prize awarded regardless of entry numbers.
11.5. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
11.6. Print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
12. Anti Money Laundering Policy
12.1. Ingamegiveaways complies with “The Gambling Act 2005” and has measures against money laundering, terrorist financing, and other criminal activities.
12.2. Ingamegiveaways appoints a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to report possible money laundering to authorities.
12.3. Ingamegiveaways provides training to staff on anti-money laundering.
12.4. Ingamegiveaways maintains a secure list of registered players.
12.5. Ingamegiveaways verifies the identity of service users.
12.6. The policy is regularly reviewed and maintained.
12.7 Do not accept or create anonymous or fictitious Accounts, ensuring the true owner is known.
12.8 Investigate the background and purpose of any complex or large transactions that may relate to money laundering or terrorism funding.
12.9 Return payments of winnings or refunds to the original payment source, when possible.
12.10 Register only one account per person.
12.11 Do not register Players under eighteen (18) years old.
12.12 Do not accept cash from Players. Funds must be received only by approved methods.
12.13 Report any suspicion or knowledge of money laundering or terrorism financing to the authorities.
12.14 Cancel a Player’s registration if false information is provided during onboarding.
12.15 Work with all relevant administrative, enforcement, and judicial authorities to prevent and detect criminal activity.
